The individual components have separate preclinical literatures: BPC-157 in repair models, GHK-Cu in connective tissue, thymosin beta 4 in wound biology, and KPV in intestinal inflammation models. The KLOW blend itself has not been clinically studied.
Component findings cannot predict the combined blend. Thymosin beta 4 data are not direct evidence for TB-500, and KPV evidence is primarily cellular and animal.
